Smoking

Stop Smoking... forever

Are you sick of smoking?

Do you hate the fact that you smoke but feel you need to keep doing it? Maybe you used to enjoy it, but now you don't.

Is your health a major concern?

Do you want to stop but don't know how? Perhaps many of your friends have quit and you are embarrassed to still be a smoker.

No matter what the reasons are behind you wanting to quit, Hypnotherapy could be the answer to you quitting smoking once and for all and remaining a non-smoker forever.

Hypnotherapy is scientifically proven to be the most effective way of becoming a non smoker. No patches, inhalers or gum that continue to put nicotine back into your system are necessary.

No willpower is required, just your commitment.

One session is all that is needed to become smoke free forever.

Stop Smoking with Hypnotherapy

Now is always the right time to pack up the smoking habit for good. Consciously you know the massive benefits to your health, well-being and pocket by quitting - but how about subconsciously? Let hypnotherapy help you overcome that final hurdle. Once a non-smoker you may inspire family and friends to quit too, just as hypnotherapy can change internal beliefs who knows perhaps you could too.

So why use Hypnotherapy to Stop Smoking?

If you have an iron-will, limitless willpower and focus in truth there is absolutely no need what-so-ever to use hypnotherapy as many people simply go “cold turkey” and kick the habit just like that. It’s not always an easy road to take, but it is often effective and lasting.

However, there are also many many people who manage to kick the habit for a week, a month or even a year only to find themselves having “just one cigarette” over a drink or a meal or just because they fancy it; perhaps there's been an upset in their life and before they know it they have started the smoking habit again.... and so it goes on.

In the case of many people, smoking has become such a habitual part of their life that it’s connected to everything they do… this may sound familiar to you. Perhaps you find yourself smoking cigarettes you didn’t even want, and not even liking most of those that you smoke but you can’t seem to stop the habit permanently….

Using hypnotherapy we can cut the roots of the habit where they begin, in the subconscious mind, and boost your willpower to stop those cravings and feelings of need.

There’s no great mystery to using hypnotherapy to stop smoking – everybody experiences states similar to hypnosis every single day of their lives. When we drop off to sleep at night we actually going into a type of hypnotic state (called the hypnogogic state) and the experience of hypnotherapy is similar: neither asleep nor awake, feeling a bit day-dreamy and very relaxed. By inducing this state in the client, the hypnotherapist can make the beneficial suggestions to the subconscious mind that we want to hear in order to help us to stop smoking.

What do I need to do if I want to Stop Smoking using Hypnotherapy?

The first thing to do is ask yourself do I really want to stop, and why am I stopping? A good hypnotherapist will ask you these questions when you speak to them on the phone. If you really want to stop is a good question because some people want to cut down their smoking habit or just smoke the occasional cigarette and hypnotherapy can’t help with that.

Why you are st opping is a critical question. Are you stopping because your partner, parent or friend wants you to stop or are you stopping because you want to? All lasting motivational change comes from within i.e. when we do something for ourselves. Personally, I don’t take clients who are not stopping for themselves. I would rather they saved their money as the session is unlikely to work until the motivation is strong enough within the individual.
